Power "ON-OFF" Switch

Machine "ON" Indicator Light.

Heating Indicator Light for Top and Bottom Platens.

Two "Start Cycle" Mushroom Pushbuttons, one located on each side of machine. Both pushbuttons must be depressed simultaneously to initiate cycle.

A Red "Emergency Release" Pushbutton is located on the front of the machine. If  actuated, press will immediately open.

Solid State Automatic Reset Timer is adjustable from 1 to 25 seconds. A timing indicator light blinks the last 2 seconds of each dwell time to alert operator that the cycle is nearly complete.

Solid State Temperature Control Boards assure accurate and consistent platen temperature adjustable from 250 to 450 F.

Tamperproof Adjustable Temperature Control Knobs for Top and Bottom Platens. Heat can be controlled or turned "Off" individually to any platen.

Temperature Gauges for all platens.

Air Regulator/Filter/Gauge assembly attached to machine.

Air Pressure adjustable from 25 to 120 psi. Total platen pressure is approximately 707 lbs. at 100 psi line pressure.

The Air Cylinder has a 3/4" diameter piston rod and the Guide Bar is made of 1/2" diameter steel and glides through a DU bearing. Both assure long life, rigidity, and accurate platen alignment.

Modular construction for convenient access to all components. Master Interconnect Circuit Board System utilizes snap-in circuit boards.

Electrical Fuse mounted on circuit board inside machine.

Slide on Platen Covers for quick change from sponge pad or teflon surface.

Spacious throat area allows for easy handling of large or bulky items.

Rigidly built for minimal press "breathing".
