User friendly illuminated pushbutton inputs for setting of machine functions. Large red LED display can be easily read up to 30 feet away and the readout has a rotating sequence to display time, temperature, and pressure settings.

Dual Cycle Timer allows for the setting of 2 different cycle times (i.e.; Cycle 'A' / Cycle 'B') and is programmable in 1/2 second increments. After the machine is actuated the time remaining is displayed until the cycle is completed allowing the operator to monitor the status of the cycle at anytime.

Top and bottom platen temperature are adjustable from 100 to 450 F. Top or bottom platen temperature can be turned "OFF" individually if desired.

LED display monitors air line pressure

Built in resettable counter displays cycle count up to 3999 and only counts completed cycles. Counter does not recognize any cycle that has been interrupted. Display can also show the number of times a cycle has been interrupted. This discourages the practice of an operator actuating the "Emergency Stop" pushbutton to shorten the sealing cycle, a major cause of adhesion failure.

Parameter Lockout feature prevents operator from cycling machine if temperature or pressure varies more than =/- 10 from their set point.

Control Lockout feature prevents unauthorized personnel from tempering with machine settings.

Capable of two-way serial communications with P.C.'s via serial port on the CPU Board.

Many self diagnostic features are incorporated into the machine control system to help locate malfunctions if they should occur.

Power "ON-OFF" Switch

Two "Start Cycle" Mushroom Pushbuttons, one located on each side of machine. Anti-tie-down circuit requires that both pushbuttons must be depressed within 1/2 second of each other to initiate cycle.

A Red "Emergency Release" Pushbutton is located on the front of the machine. If  actuated, press will immediately open.

Air Regulator/Filter/Gauge assembly attached to machine.

The Air Cylinder has a 3/4" diameter piston rod and the Guide Bar is made of 1/2" diameter steel and glides through a DU bearing. Both assure long life, rigidity, and accurate platen alignment.

Electrical Fuse mounted on circuit board inside machine.

Slide on Platen Covers for quick change from sponge pad or teflon surface.
