We offer two types of digital heat seal machines: Model DES-30 Series, and DES-40 Series.  

These machines provide the most fail safe control system in the industry. They have a large .82" bright red LED display that can be read 30 feet away. Intel® Microprocessor controls that constantly monitor all machine functions, and the sealing cycle can be initiated only when pressure and temperature are within set parameters. The machines also have a Pushbutton Lockout feature that allows a supervisor to prevent operators from tampering with control settings.

Each machine is complete with a 1 year warranty on material and workmanship (does not include platen covers and accessories). 

Teflon Covers & 3/8" thick Sponge Silicone Pads are standard. Also available: 1/16", 1/8", 1/4", & 1/2" thick Silicone Sponge pads. Special needle Board Pads are available for corduroy, plush knit, and high pile fabrics.
