We offer three types of analog heat seal machines: Model ES-30 Series, ES-40 Series and the HS Series.

All machines are ideal for applying label tapes; Emblems; Appliqués; Ink Transfers, Patches; Embroideries, Bar Code Labels, Flock Appliqués, and many other Heat Seal Materials.  Each machine provides dependable performance for Uniform Rental Plants, Industrial Laundries, Garment Manufacturers, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Hotels, Formal Wear Suppliers, and Sportswear Manufacturers.

Each machine is complete with a 1 year warranty on material and workmanship (does not include platen covers and accessories). 

Teflon Covers & 3/8" thick Sponge Silicone Pads are standard. Also available: 1/16", 1/8", 1/4", & 1/2" thick Silicone Sponge pads. Special needle Board Pads are available for corduroy, plush knit, and high pile fabrics.
